How do I pay for my vehicle?
You can pay cash on the day or you can pay via your credit or debit card.
How far in advance can I book my transport?
All online bookings should be made 24hrs before the journey is going to take place. For transport required within 24hrs please call us on the telephone number provided to confirm availability.
Are the prices per passenger or per vehicle?
All our charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
If you provide a flight number, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed because we monitor flight arrivals at all UK airports. Please make sure you provide your flight number to the booking operator.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
All our drivers will be given your contact information so they will call you to meet them in a specific location in the arrivals section. Meet and greet services may include an extra charge so please contact our operator for further information.
Are your drivers qualified?
All drivers working for our company are fully qualified and registered with the local licensing authority.
Do you take on company contracts?
Yes we do take on company contracts, please fill in our contact form and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
How long before departure will the coach arrive?
The coach will arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before the specified departure time. This provides plenty of time for passengers to board and the driver to load luggage onto the coach.
Can I drink alcohol onboard?
Alcohol can’t be consumed onboard unless agreed in advance. A small deposit may be requested. Please contact us for more information.
Are your drivers experienced?
Our drivers are very experienced and are fully trained. They’re also DBS-checked, allowing them to look after all groups, including children
How can I hire a coach?
You can hire a coach on our site by entering the date and time you wish to travel and the place you want to travel to and from. We’ll then provide you with prices on coaches available for hire in your area.
What sizes of coaches can I hire?
At UK Minibus & Coach Hire you can rent coaches of various sizes, from small minibuses through to big double decker buses. There are vehicles to suit all group sizes. If your group is too big for one bus, simply go ahead and hire another.
What factors influence the cost when hiring a coach?
There are various factors which influence the price of coach hire. Date, time and destination will all control how much it will cost to hire a coach. The cost of coach hire always includes a driver. We don’t provide coach hire without a driver.
Will there be any stops during my journey?
On longer trips, stops may be necessary to provide adequate rest time. These stops will be included in the price
Are there toilets on the coaches?
Many of coaches have toilet facilities onboard. You will be able to use these free of charge.
Do coaches have free Wi-Fi?
Some coaches provide passengers with access to free Wi-Fi.
Will I have to pay anything after my trip at all?
Once you’ve fully paid the invoice for your coach hire, you won’t be charged anything. However, in the event that you have caused any damage to the coach, you will be charged.
